Dr. Zuliani has developed a non-surgical method to rhinoplasty that can provide certain patients with the nose-enhancing results they have been wanting. He works closely with each of his patients to understand their goals for the look of their nose, what their concerns are, and then uses this information to design a treatment plan based specifically on their unique face shape, balance of features, and cultural background. As this procedure does not use surgery, the nasal cartilage will not be altered. Instead, Dr. Zuliani will use a personalized combination of fillers to augment and enhance the nose.

How is a non-surgical nose job performed?

Following your consultation, Dr. Zuliani will take into consideration your goals and look over photos of your nose to determine the best approach for your non-surgical rhinoplasty. He will determine which fillers to use, how many syringes, and the necessary injection locations to achieve your desired outcome.

Your non-surgical rhinoplasty will be performed in-office at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics in Bloomfield Hills. A topical anesthetic may be used in some cases, however, no sedation is required for this procedure. Dr. Zuliani will then carefully inject the pre-determined amount of each filler at the precise locations of your nose. As the filler is injected, it will add volume beneath the skin to refine and reshape the appearance of your nose.

What can be expected after a non-surgical nose job?

With no need for surgery or sedation, most of Dr. Zuliani’s patients are able to return to their normal routines within just a day or two. You may experience some tenderness, swelling, and bruising of your nose, but this will all typically fade within a few days.
