Practice Manager

Nicole Watson

Nicole Watson is the Practice Manager here at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics with over 15 years of management, leadership and coaching.

Prior to accepting a Practice Management position with ZFA, Nicole spent much of her early leadership roles in the rental housing industry until 2011 when she transitioned her skills into the medical field. Nicole has years of expertise in Pain, Urology, Plastic Surgery and Spa.

Nicole holds a Bachelors in Business with a focus in Marketing, and in 2016 obtained her MBA in Healthcare Administration where she readily uses her background and skill set to enhance patient experience, lead an energetic team and maintain a rewarding environment for her staff as well as her patients. When not at the office, Nicole stays busy with her toddler, and her two teenagers. She is very close with her family and enjoys spending any extra time she has with them.

Assistant Practice Manager & Patient Care Coordinator

Laura Pankow

Laura serves as our Assistant Practice Manager and Patient Care Coordinator, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the aesthetic industry, along with her background as a Licensed Medical Aesthetician. Her extensive experience allows her to provide exceptional patient education and guidance, helping patients make informed decisions throughout their care journey.

She works closely with Dr. Zuliani throughout the patient’s surgical journey, assisting with consultation coordination, scheduling, and ongoing communication to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Laura also supports the Practice Manager, providers, and staff to help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis.

Known for her warmth and compassion, Laura has a natural ability to make patients feel comfortable and cared for, often putting them immediately at ease as if they are speaking with a trusted friend.

In addition, she contributes to the practice’s social media marketing, helping highlight services, educate patients, and showcase the culture of the office.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Shalene Fisher, RN

Women’s Wellness Expert & Certified Nurse Midwife

Melia Kramer – APRN

Melia is an APRN with a true passion for aesthetic medicine and women’s health.  She holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from Wayne State University.

One for Nursing and the other for Nutrition & Food Science.  In addition, she received her Master of Science in Women’s Health from University of Michigan – Ann Arbor. Since 2019, she has been specializing in aesthetic procedures including neurotoxins, HA fillers, and Sculptra just to name a few.  She also has a wealth of knowledge and experience with wellness and women’s health, specifically hormone optimization and peptide therapy.  In addition, she is certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Peptide Therapy.

Melia is warm, approachable, and constantly expanding her knowledge to help patients both look and feel their best.  You will feel comfortable with her from the very first visit, and we know you will love her just as much as we do!

Registered Nurse

Jakeita Owens, RN

Jakeita is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field. She possesses both a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and Psychology.

Her nursing and psychology degrees assist her in focusing on both the physical and emotional well-being of patients. She developed a passionate interest in plastic surgery and supporting the patient in the healing journey.

As a nurse, Jakeita has specialized in medical aesthetics. Prior to working at Zuliani Facial Aesthetics, she worked as an operative nurse and has lead several teams. She loves being a part of the process of helping patients become the best version of themselves. Outside of work, Jakeita enjoys spending time with her family, catching up with friends over brunch, and baking.

MEDICAL ASSISTANT & AESTHETICIAN

Sydney Blankenbeckler

Sydney is a Licensed Aesthetician and Medical Assistant dedicated to helping patients look and feel their best through personalized care, education, and compassionate support. She believes confidence starts with feeling comfortable in your own skin.

Sydney began her career in medical aesthetics, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and aesthetic treatments. At Zuliani Facial Aesthetics, she works closely alongside providers, assisting with patient care, supporting treatments and procedures, and helping patients feel comfortable and informed throughout every step of their aesthetic journey. She also provides customized skincare services tailored to each patient’s individual goals.

With a special interest in corrective skincare and aesthetic medicine, Sydney is passionate about creating a positive patient experience while helping individuals feel confident, educated, and supported in their treatment plans. Known for her warm and approachable nature, Sydney strives to make every patient feel welcomed and cared for, from consultation through recovery.

Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, reading, and continuing her education in skincare and aesthetics.

Front Desk Coordinator

Emily Maxwell

You’ll always be greeted with a smile by ZFA’s Front Desk Coordinator, Emily. With 14 years of customer service experience in both the retail and medical fields, she plays an integral role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every patient.

Known for her warm, bubbly personality, Emily has a natural gift for connecting with people and helping them feel at ease from the moment they walk through our doors. Behind the scenes, her strong organizational skills help keep the office running efficiently, ensuring patients are well cared for, informed, and supported throughout their journey with us. Whether she’s coordinating schedules, or assisting patients, Emily is dedicated to making every experience at ZFA a positive one.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys teaching yoga, gardening, and exploring antique fairs with her mom. She also cherishes time spent with friends and family, playing with her dog, Louise, and unwinding with her boyfriend.

Front Desk Coordinator

Jane Gjika

With a natural gift for making people feel seen and supported, Jane creates a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in! Jane brings in 15 years of customer service experience across hospitality, banking, and healthcare. Organized, upbeat, and disciplined, she’s a person you turn to when things need to run smoothly.

Whether it’s coordinating details, streamlining systems, or bringing order to a busy workspace, she does it with ease and a touch of joy! Her love for wellness and all things beauty is reflected in the genuine care she shows to everyone around her.

When she’s out of the office, you’ll likely find her in her backyard, enjoying the fresh air on her hammock and recharging in her own little sanctuary. On her days off, she loves gaming on her switch, taking long walks, flying kites at the park, and indulging in outdoor hobbies that keep her grounded and serene.
