This is a 68-year-old female patient who underwent an extended deep plane face and neck lift, bilateral upper lid blepharoplasty with ptosis repair, bilateral lower lid transconjunctival blepharoplasty, buccal lipectomy, modified upper lip lift, fat transfer to periorbital region. After photos are 6 months post-op.
